Default Hello from Bitterville

Hi, I'm Will.

I am new to homebrewing, have absolutely no equipment, have never seen anyone brew beer, but I have been growing hops, and I have 2 books I'm reading.

I plan on reading a lot, and checking out equipment in the coming month or so.

I enjoy almost all kinds of craft beer including IPAs, pilsners, stouts, porters...pretty much anything.

Thanks.

Is bitterville a place? And jump in in! It's fun!

It's not really a place. Sometimes people say I'm too pissy about things, and I live in Pennsylvania where I think we were referred to as "bitter" one time. It just kinda stuck for me.

Oh! Well I think you'll enjoy this hobby then. On brew day, it can consume you, which I personally love. I'm often in my own little world.
