Hello everyone from Dothan, AL. I am in the planning stages for equpiment. I have assisted some others with their brewing efforts, extract brewing and partial mash brewing, but I'm going all grain. At the moment I am modfiying a 10 gallon cooler for a mash tun, and I will be batch sparging. I am also in search of a keg to create a brew kettle. I have an additional cooler which I guess I will use as a HLT. I look forward to doing my own brewing in the near future.
