Hey Folks, as a reader of the forum for the last year or so I figured it was time to pony up and give back! I'm an amateur brewer from the frosty north with a dozen or so batches under my belt now.
I've just made the switch to all grain and for my first batch I blew the top right off my primary fermentor! The wife was NOT happy... and now I've got to paint the ceiling in the dining room. Oh well, lesson learned. (Use larger tubing for blow off, one that whole hops can't clog...!)
