Newbie here in the Southern California area (Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley area). I received a brewing kit for Christmas, paid a visit to a local shop (Addison Homebrew Provisions in Fullerton) and have my first attempt in the fermenter. It's been almost 2 weeks, and I'm tempted to bottle soon, but am thinking I'll wait a third week. It's an Amber Ale.
