Default brew will be done on the 8th!!!

I'm pretty excited for that first drink.. any thoughts toward tasting before bottling.. then do the bottling process..

I always take a final hydrometer reading before bottling or kegging; then drink the hydrometer sample. At this point you can get a pretty good idea what the finished beer will taste like.

Yup! The hydrometer sample is always for tasting
