This mourning was bottling day. When we, my cousin David and me, opened our
pail there was mould floating on top. I am woundering if this is purley a sanitation
issue or possibly a problem with the seal on the bucket. We have made two batches of ale prior to this and had no problems.
Thanks for any advice.
