I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say hello. After about a six year hiatus from home brewing, this past weekend I dusted off (and sanitized) my equipment and cooked up a batch of my favorite amber ale. Now it is happily fermenting away. It felt great to get back to one of my favorite hobbies. I'm hoping to learn a bunch from the site and maybe be able to add a little something along the way. Thanks!
