Pubs in Louisville, KY or Lexington, KY

I'm going on a road trip from Chicago to Tennessee and will be passing through Indianapolis, Louisville, Lexington, and Knoxville. Can anyone recommend a great brewpub??

Also looking for a massive liquor store that I can stop at to load my trunk with craft beer that they don't distribute this far north.
