I'd love to hear what happened next. It seems like you are no longer doing this professionally. Did you sell? Did you shut down for some reason? I looked around online & it seems your beer got really good reviews.
I know I would buy it. Especially since this type of deal is hard to come by.

Amazing story, it definitely made me think of things i would have never thought about. thank you for sharing. any advice for prspective brewery starters?
Great story, and Time well spent for you I would bet. Nothing better than looking back on a time when you just worked your arse off for something you were very inspired to do. Even if it didn't end the way you would have prefered.
I talked with a new "commercial" micro brewer about 3 months ago. Former homebrewer making the jump to doing it for a living. He's surviving. It's, for him, a Johnny come lately market. His beers are great but how do you convince a store to clear shelf space for your beers over what they are already selling. Not to mention, in his words, surviving the mistakes. After talking to him I went out and bought 2 6-packs of his beer to help support my local brewery. Maybe the few beers I've bought will help him survive to live the dream. I guess he already is. When someone asks him, "what do you do for a living" he can reply with a big smile, "I brew beer!"
