Default dual zone fermentation controller

Hey guys,

I am looking to build a decent size fermentation chamber capable of having two independent zones for heating and cooling. Ideally I would like to have 10 of ale on one side and 10 gallons of lager on the other. I don't have the money to invest in a cooler so I was thinking of a modified mother of fermentation chiller. Anyone have any examples to share?

I will likely use an arduino board to control the two zones I am just looking for the design logic for the two zones.

Thanks,

Mark
