How much BTU's is good for bringing a 10 gallon batch (keggle) to a boil?

also I am planing on building a 3 tier in europe in the near future. I wanted to buy the burner's here. I know that the sizes vary between here (the US) and there. does this also apply to the burner itself or could i use the same burner everywhere? i've never worked with this stuff before...

this kind of burner:

I have the kab4(unmodified) and I get 10 deg every :45 seconds. Boil in just under 11 minutes on 5 gallons. Well worth it.
