Default Ebay dual temp thermostat 110V vs 220v?

I recently bought a dual temp thermostat off ebay from china. I specified 110v and when it came it is marked as 220v input. Can I still use it or should I return it? I live in the U.S. Thanks

Contact the seller - they'll probably give you a full refund.
