Default PWM temp control "help"

Wanting to control the temps with a 120v 2000w element. The threads i serched on here talked about them but no pics and the links no longer work.

Is there something pre made i can buy ? If not does anyone have a parts list of what is needed and links where to get them ?

Thanks for your help guys
