Default Pump Filter

I'm sorry if this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find a thread with it. Is this tank: Pressurized Pump, just a garden sprayer? I was thinking I could go to the local Home Depot/Lowes and pick up one for a lot cheaper.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
