Jumping in late on the thread but do you have a CO monitor as well? You have exhaust but also need make up air coming in to completely turnover the space the necessary times to keep it safe.

Yes there is fresh air in. A 4 inch vent from the outside with an in line fan moves 80 CFM into the room. I figure the air changes every 3 to 5 minutes. I have CO monitor and an explosive gas monitor and a large fire extinguisher.

Default Update: Brew Room Expanded

For Christmas I got a new fan... 6 inch in line 400 CFM now the brew room is too small for such a big fan I had to expand it.

So where my bottle shelf was I cut a hole in the wall and trimmed it out and when it warms up a little I will paint it.

I have moved all of my bottles and bottling equipment into the expansion and this is where I will bottle.

I also setup a new desk and moved my documentation and library and tunes to the expanded area. Along with my bulk grain storage.

Now my old shelves look pretty bare, but better organized and room to keep my flow through chiller in the brew room. Plus I can now bottle and brew at the same time. A few more pics:

Now this is what I need when the Mrs and myself get our own place.

Great build mate. A proper little man/brew cave! You should have a TV in there though!
