Here's my Thread of my stand.. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/wooden-brewstand-build-316142/
Yea, I was going to build it without the pump.. But because I brew mostly on my back porch, and the overhead wouldn't allow me to build it like I needed it.. so I opted to buy the pump and make it pretty much a 2 tier.. I made it so that if I ever get tired of fly-sparging, or decide to get another pump,, I can just cut off the top level at the top of the first tier.. and just do batch sparging, or get another pump and fly-sparge with one and drain the mashtun with the other.. I like your setup too.. good jobThat's a great looking set up, similar to mine but I don't use pumps
Yessir.. I just store almost everything I brew with.. Does make it alot easier to just roll out and get to biz.. This is how I was brewing.. worked but def. alot more headache setting up and tearing down..Thanks! Gravity works just fine for me and I sized it so it's in the garage and we can still park our cars as well. The only hassle I have is swapping the kettles from liquor to boil but it's not a big deal and beats the Rube Goldberg set up I used to have set up and take down after each brew session. Now I just wheel it out and brew!
