Default Pressure relief valve - schrader valve?

So I am trying to find some decently priced ball lock kegs in this keg draught and I found some but they have hansen valves instead of pull-to-release pressure relief valves. I was wondering if you could drill a hole to fit in a tire valve to allow you to release pressure, or perhaps use a threaded schrader valve.

This is the hansen valve that pops when it over pressures:

And I was thinking of tapping a hole in the lid to accommodate one of these:

Whatcha think?

I think you'll have trouble getting the threads to seal in the thin sheetmetal that the lid is made from.

I would use one of these.

I know it just wouldn't be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet, but do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course?

Life is tough. It's tougher if you're stupid.

You can just push the gas poppet to vent and I've done that on at least half of my kegs for years.
