What yeast do you all recommend for Blackberry wine? I am wanting a sweet wine.
Use Cote de Blanc or Premier Cuvee, ferment to dry and backsweeten to your taste.
If I worry about all the stuff that can kill me, I'll end up dieing because I worry to much.
