Default Yeast

I want to make a fresh seedless grape wine what type of yeast strand should i use. Dry i prefer

Just about any strain can work very well. I'd suggest a quick starter like champagne yeast. Either Red Star or Lalvin's EC1118 would be fine. Premier Cuvee is another champagne yeast strain that would be good.
