At work we have about 4000 lbs of pineapple shreads in juice that is aspetically sealed in scholee bags. We don't need it anymore and the boss asked me if I could make a "Drink" out of it, meaning a fermented drink. We have a company party coming up in 6 weeks and wants it to be ready by then.
Any thoughts??? I was thinking of putting it in 5 gal carboys and adding dry yeast similar to Edworts Apfelwine....
