Anyone have some suggestions on what I can add to spice up any of the Vino Italiano kits? I'd like to make them a bit more personal and put my own spin on them. I've made several and I really like the Cab-Merlot and Zinfin Blush.
That's where the home wine maker becomes an artist.
I doubt that anyone could tell you to add exactly X ounces of oil-of-whatever to the mix and make it better TO YOU!!! Maybe to them or to someone else, but not to you.
Time to experiment, and that's half the fun.
My first suggestion is not to use that kit, but to step up to a higher quality kit with a grape pack.
