Hello everyone. I have 6 gallons of Riesling brewing. Started it in October of 2011. It is literally just 6 gallons of juice and some yeast. I have racked it 2x now and it does not appear to be clearing up all that much. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Was this kit concentrate or juice you pressed from grapes?
Could be pectin haze, gassy wine, etc. Have you used any clarifiers on it like bentonite, etc?
It is grape juice I bought from my LHBS. It is not a kit for sure. Pure grape juice. I have not tried any clarifiers yet. Has it been sitting long enough to try?
