Default Wine bulk aging : Johnson Controler

Just topped of 6 gallons, and set in freezer.

Just got the controller and set it to 50, am I ok?

A little too cool in my opinion. I'd kick it up about 8 degrees.

I actually bumped it to 70 just in case I didn't degas as well as I think I did.
