Default Wine Barrels In MA

Where do you get your Wine Barrels? I want a used one that is not reconditioned but still holds liquid without leaking. Any one have any ideas?

I was thinking of asking the local package store.
They have a few sitting around as "decoration" that came from distributors. I bet they would be fine.

By reconditioned, do you mean recoopered? If not, Beer & Wine Hobby in Woburn, MA has French Recoopered. See link: Welcome to Beer-Wine.com

Well the guy at Nashoba was less then helpful.

His response:

"Sorry we use ours for distilled spirits. No other info"
