Default Whit grape juice concentrate

Hi I am making some rhubarb wine and the recipie I am following is telling me to use 250ML of white grape concentrate could I replace this with 500ML of white grape juice not concentrated ? Or is there a reason that the concentrate is used ? Thank you for any advice.

Justin.

Concentrate is sweeter. Might have to add some sugar to reach your target SG.

Your recipe may mean to use the concentrate made from white wine grapes, not a regular juice concentrate that makes juice you'd drink. Homebrew stores carry red and white concentrate, and using it makes a big difference in the finished product by giving body and flavor to the wine.

My recipe uses golden (or light) raisins in place of the white grape concentrate if you can't find it. That would give a similar result.
