i want to do a 2.5 gallon batch of a sweeter tasting frozen concentrate wine. couple questions. how many cans of concentrate, how much sugar, and how much water? i will use wine yeast and have gypsum and fermax nutrient from my beer brewing to use if recommended. do i need any conditioners or anything and also would it be cool to use some any oak chips or anything to add to the flavor? just a basic step by step would be helpful. thanks!
