Anyone ever use this? I saw an Elderberry can at the brew shop and I'm curious if it's any good. I love me some Elderberry wine.

I have used an elderberry but haven't tried it yet. I won't be trying it for a few more months. My advise is to make the 3 gallon batch and not the 5 gallon.

I have a 5 gallon batch of blueberry in the carboy now.

I've got a peach one going now, and also would say to do the 3 galllon version from advise of the LHBS...
