I just received a Vino Italiano Moscato kit and after a number of reviews and comments, I think the opinion is that it's a bit "thin" and light bodied. I would like to give it a more fuller body, and am looking for any thoughts or ideas.
So far I have:
make 5 gals from the 6 gal kit, (lot of pros and cons on this),
use the juice of 2 kits,
or add something like Country Fair fruit or grape base to the kit and use less water.
I like the Moscato and would love to make a batch myself, any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
