Default Using Star San in Wine

I was just going to try making a batch of wine, and was wondering if using Star San is a good choice for a sanitizer in making wine?

I hope so. I used it with a recent batch of cherry wine which is now aging in a carboy. Seems OK so far.

If I'd known I was gonna live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself!
