Syrah

I asked my LHBS to order a Syrah kit for me recently.
It is now in the secondary, and I tasted a little bit.

wow.

It has been close to 10 years since I made a wine other than marionberry or mead.
This Syrah is going to be really good.

SHMBO is looking at me and saying you have six bubbling buckets and 4 secondaries i want my dining room back....

as she pours a glass of the porter she loves sooooo much...

Bah dining rooms are overrated. If only you could see the cases of bottles I have in my dining room right now....

What brand of kit? I've never made a kit, nor a syrah; might be interesting. Regards, GF.

It's a Selection International Series Australian Shiraz kit.
I am not opposed to using a quality kit. it can be a great time saver and the results can be quite good.
