Default Sugar Free ??

If some yeast eats all the sugar, making the wine a sugar-free drink. Is that one of the reasons wines so good for you?
I really love eating health... Lol

Could be. Heck, it's "Fruit in a Bottle".

Only problem is I don't like dry wine, so I been thinking about back-sweetening my SP with Splenda.... Wouldn't that be "Diet Skeeter Pee"?

Does anybody do that?

A little bit of sugar can't hurt that much anyway,
You know what they say,
A glass of wine a day keeps the doctor away

Sugar is not bad for you, it is required to live. Your body converts your food to sugars in order to allow you to live. To much sugar is bad, not sugar
