I have a strawberry wine at an SG of1.030 (started at 1.124, 51 days ago).
I have a few questions.
Is this stuck? (this should have been asked first)
I have racked into the secondary, is it too late to restart this? If not, what should I do?
If I added yeast (thinking I was restarting the fermentation) and nothing has started after 3 days, what should I do to get rid of the yeast that isn't doing anything?
These are a lot of questions I should have asked long before.
