strawberry and rhubarb wine help

Hi Guys and Gals,

I am after a recipe for strawberry and rhubarb wine
Or quantities of strawberry to rhubarb

Also wondering if it would be a good idea to mix 5 gal of strawberry wine with 5 gal of rhubarb when racking for the second time????

I used 18 lbs SB and 10 lbs RB in my 3 Gallons. Smells delicious so far...
Be aware, just how much water the SB and RB both have in them. my 3G batch will end up bein 4G (and thus, less fruit per gallon...)
