Hi I have a fruit juice wine on the go that has been going for 2weeks in a demi.
And the fermentation is slowing down so I want to rack off but I have a hell of a lot of crap still at top should I wait till this drops of what?
My plum did same thing, it was left over fruit and you need to get rid of it before it goes bad. I racked mine into funnel with paint strainer in it. it worked
