Hi there name here is chris. I am a apart of the sca society of creative anachronism. I do alot of brewing period meads. I am looking to brew a period beer and wine. Looking for a good recipe for a beer preferably a lager, and for wine a pinot grigio. Only start out in 1 to 3 gallons. If any one has any ideas please let me know thank you.
