Default sanitary pressing of fruit in wine

I have a raisin wine in the primary right now and the raisins are in mesh bags sitting in the wine. How do I squeeze out the raisins and NOT introduce bacteria?
I'm amazed how bad it smelled originally and how incredible it smells now.
Thanks

I just spray my hands with k-meta solution and squeeze away...
