Riesling kit recommendation
The fiance and I would like to make wine for our wedding, both to server and as a take away gift for people. We're both a fan of Rieslings, so we've decided on that style. Can someone recommend a good kit? Thanks.

I am not sure if this fits into your overall plans but I noticed the 'Riesling Ice Wine (Selection Speciale)'. It is a mid to full bodied, sweet, dessert wine that even non wine drinkers could probably drink.
The wine labels even look good, which inspired the presentation of having the bottles in a large bowl of ice, with some sort of green leaves, and maybe even some fresh fruit or something. Have 1 big bowl of ice/leaves/wine bottles in the middle and maybe a smaller fruit/ice on each side. Sorta fill up a whole table with the presentation. http://media.midwestsupplies.com/med...g-ice-wine.jpg kit http://www.midwestsupplies.com/riesling-ice-wine-selection-speciale.html label http://www.midwestsupplies.com/gummed-wine-labels-icewine.html |
I'll give that kit a look. Thanks!

I just started a Vintners Reserve Riesling wine kit today. I love Riesling. I have no idea how it will taste though! I could tell you about a fresh bottle taste in about 6 weeks.
