Default Recommendations on a book

I'm looking for recommendations on a wine making book. When I got into home brewing I started by reading John Palmer's How to Brew several times over, got a good overview of the process and then proceeded. I'd like to take a similar approach to wine making and was wondering if there is a book as all encompassing and well written as How to Brew?

Thanks
