Default Passion fruit acidity question

Hi, I plan to make a batch of passion fruit wine which I found the recipe from Jack Keller website. But I have 1 thing that worry about it. The passion fruit that I have is high in acidity. So if I use it to make wine, is the final product will be taste souring due to high acid contain of the fruit? If so, how can I reduce acidity of the final product [wine]?
