is anyone ever using Osmanthus fragrans flower to make wine?

I love the smell of O. fragrans, might make a nice wine but you would need lots of flowers.

ya, the flower is damn expensive. i make some research on internet, but cannot find any recipe that using this kind of flower to make wine.
