Been in glass for almost a full month, before that, 7 days on the fruit. Any ideas of the problem/solution?

Can you describe the smell a bit more? Or flavor? Orange juice normally smells like vomit when it has been fermented. Time heals those wounds, though. Other smells can be other things, but vomit from fermenting oranges is sadly expected.

Oddly, now that I think about it, that is a pretty good description. I don't want to taste it right now the way it smells but realizing time heals a lot of problems, I figured I'd wait if someone mentioned it
