Hi all,
i am new to home brewing and have decided to start making my own country wines and cider using the methods described in the following link :-

I liked the look of this gentlemans methods mainly because of the lack of any chemicals used and the simplicity.
Just thought i would ask to see what some of you more experienced 'home-brewers' thought of the methods described,as after much searching on the 'net' this method does not seem used much!
So what do you think?
