Default Newbie needs help

Hi, I have never made any homemade wine and am looking at making some jug wine just to get started. I am looking for something a little more potent then the 30ish proof recipes I have seen out there. Would also like to make something a little fruitier like watermelon or strawberry or something interesting. Any suggestions of help with this, or tips on how to make an existing recipe more potent would be greatly appreciated...thank you,
Patrick

Hi Patrick...Lets get a few things over right off...You Are not a Newbie...you are a NoOb....secondly....let's shoot for something really good instead of high alcohol. There is definitely a place for some nice 18 or 20% Wines and Meads...But you are not going to even think of drinking them for YEARS. And they are NOT going to tase like Boons Farms.

If you're looking for cheap swill....make coolade and add Everclear.
If you're looking for good wine recipe...Click the Recipe Database.
