Need an Apfelwein recipe w/o corn sugar

Hey,
I'm looking to make 5 gallons of apfelwein but i'd rather not drive 40 minutes to a home brew store. What have you all had success with? How much of it did you use?
I'll be using montrachet yeast. Everything else is open (using other juices, etc.). ..well almost everything. i hate the taste of splenda, so don't bother suggesting those recipes.
