I have made multiple batches of banana wine in the past, I put the bananas in a nylon and boiled them, this time I placed the bananas in a blender and boiled the mush. I now have gray wine fermenting. What the hell is this?

I'm guessing when it settles out it will look more yellow and less grey. BTW I dont think the boiling of the bananas was a good idea. I've never worked with bananas but wont that cause pectin problems?
