Default My Red wine

Red wine

4 Gallons Grape juice(Concentrate)
10 LBS. Sugar,1 LB Corn syrup
Nottingham yeast,Red star pasteur red

Make a yeast starter when mixing juice.Add 5 campden tablets to the mix and wait 4-24 hours before adding yeast.
SG will be 1.130
FG will be 1.004
