Default My first batch of Apfelwein bottled! (pic)

Just wanted to say my thanks to Ed, just bottled my first batch of Apfelwein! Can't wait to drink them.

Nice! I've got a batch that's been in primary for 4 weeks now, probably going to let it sit for another few weeks or months.

I left mine inthe primary for 6 months. The longer you let it sit, the better it will be.

Just cracked a bottle of a batch that I bottled about 9 months ago and it is 100X better than when I tried a bottle 1 month after bottling.

Going to let it continue aging and drink the rest in the fall!
