My airlock stopped bubbling

I looked in on my secondary today (Feb. 6, 2008), as I do daily (ok, multiple times daily). It was racked for the first time on Jan. 25, 2008. It had an O.G. of 1.085, a S.G. of 1.020 on the 25th and, a S.G. of 0.992 today. There's about an inch and a quarter of sediment on the bottom of the carboy. So, should I rack off of the sediment now? I originally planned on racking on Feb. 22. Thanks.
