Default Making wine while drinking..wine.

Hydrometer 1.010...check
Equipment sanitized...check
Add the packages as per directions...check

Did I remember to siphon it to secondary first and leave sediment? Hells no!

Don't drink and wine.

(ok do...but don't be me)

So you got drunk(ish), took a hydrometer reading, sanitized a new carboy, but never rack it into the new carboy?

If so, awesome haha.

When you're drunk, you should be praising alcohol's glory. When you are hung over, you should be cursing it's revenge.
