Add the packages as per directions...check
Did I remember to siphon it to secondary first and leave sediment? Hells no!
Don't drink and wine.

So you got drunk(ish), took a hydrometer reading, sanitized a new carboy, but never rack it into the new carboy?
If so, awesome haha.
