Hydrometer 1.010...check
Equipment sanitized...check
Add the packages as per directions...check

Did I remember to siphon it to secondary first and leave sediment? Hells no!

Don't drink and wine.

So you got drunk(ish), took a hydrometer reading, sanitized a new carboy, but never rack it into the new carboy?

If so, awesome haha.

Oh yes...all the above. I'm sure it'll live though...I'll do an extra racking to another carboy....man....damn alcohol.
